Travels in the Mediterranean have provided me with an opportunity to explore some of the more exotic effects of light and colour on architecture and landscape.From dramatic shadows cast by the midday sun to the diffused radiance of early morning and evening, light dissolves or sharpens the details of buildings - changing their colours, evoking mood and atmosphere.
